As states across the country are taking precautions to mitigate the risk from the Coronavirus, Tropitone is committed to maintaining a continuous stream of communication regarding operations and how we’re working to meet all client needs. In keeping with local and federal regulations, Tropitone’s current measures are as follows:
Production – Due to the California shelter-in-place order, we have ceased operations at our Irvine, CA facility. We have prepared a new production schedule from our Florida plant that will allow us to fulfill all orders previously scheduled from our California facility. Please allow for extended lead times on new orders as we implement this adjustment.
Customer Service – Our customer service department is fully operational and running remotely for any questions you may have. Should you have any existing orders, expect communication from a service team member or a sales representative for updates on any delays.
We will continue to address any manufacturing and delivery challenges that may arise due to the current events with nimble responsiveness, shifts of our resources, and timely and transparent communications in order to best meet your needs.
