Irvine, CA – December 16, 2015 – The Tropitone Furniture Co. Inc., an outdoor furniture manufacturer, announces newly redesigned websites for brands Tropitone® and Tropitone® Valora™. Both contract and residential versions of the websites now boast a clean, modern design, yet are still great sources for product information.
Working with long-time partner Schraff, an integrated communications agency, Tropitone Furniture Company has updated the websites in response to design trends and demands for certain functions. Demetrius Linebarger, Senior Marketing Manager describes, “End users utilize digital methods to make their purchase decisions and our objective is to provide a comprehensive, efficient resource for them.”
The home pages of the Tropitone® and Tropitone® Valora™ websites respond to a user’s screen size and offer multiple navigational points. The new design of the websites includes a sleek header and footer with the signature Tropitone wave. For a modern, fresh appearance, large banner images highlighting certain collections are featured at the top of the home page. Below the banner are image blocks to visually direct users to the information they seek.
Additional features of the new Tropitone® website include a blog, instructions on how to render furniture pieces on a product page, and a virtual showroom. The Tropitone Blog promotes an outdoor lifestyle and features short articles on patio designs and how to care for outdoor furniture. On the home page, visitors can access the new tutorial describing the rendering process that is featured on each product page. The virtual showroom is a digital display of Tropitone’s Chicago showroom. Created with GSO 360’s Showroom™ technology, viewers are transported from wherever they are to the sales floor. Visitors can view items from different angles and reveal additional product information by selecting the item.
This launch marks the beginning of a mobile-friendly website. “Our improved websites are designed to meet the demand for a mobile-friendly, easy-to-use digital tool,” states Tanya Stevens, Vice President of Marketing and Service Operations for Tropitone. Tropitone Furniture Company will roll out more responsive attributes in early 2016.
