1. I need to replace my slings and/or patio cushions for my Tropitone Patio Furniture. Why isn't my original fabric selection still available?

The fabrics we offer are driven by current "design" demand. Because design trends change over time, and to ensure we are able to offer the most current fabric styles, colors and constructions, we must rotate our fabric offering from year to year. At the same time, our fabric suppliers are doing the same thing. Because our patio cushions and slings are constructed to endure, if it's time to replace them, it's also probably time to update your look. Choose from our over 300 current fabric offerings by going to the Fabrics Collections section.


2. Where do I redeem my Free Sling Certificate?

Simply return your original Free Sling Certificate and a copy of your itemized sales receipt to your authorized Tropitone® Dealer. DO NOT RETURN IT TO TROPITONE DIRECTLY! Your Tropitone® Dealer will assist with fabric selection where necessary, will order your free replacement slings and have them delivered to the store for you to pick up.

Note: The customer is responsible for all shipping, handling, fabric upgrade and/or installation charges.

Note: The Free Sling Certificate Program was retired in September 2009. Tropitone will honor certificates that were issued prior to September 2009 and are still within the 10 year redemption time frame based on your original purchase date.
